THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity
Set individual and team sales goals, and monitor progress through key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales, determine profitability, and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and product offerings
Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Create and deliver sales presentations to key clients and stakeholders
Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management
Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new sales team members
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
Experience in Managed Services or Media and Entertainment preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
100k to 150k base salary plus commission structure with earning potential up to $1,000,000
