As we expand into Mexico City, we are seeking our first Enterprise Sales Executive to spearhead business development, client acquisition, and regional growth. This is a rare opportunity to launch GPL’s presence in a new market and directly shape our international expansion.

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling hardware and software solutions to enterprise customers in multiple verticals, with a strong focus on relationship-building, consultative selling, and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Expansion

  • Establish GPL’s footprint in Mexico City and develop a pipeline of enterprise clients across media, entertainment, advertising, and AI sectors.

  • Identify and qualify opportunities with studios, enterprises, and fast-growing companies in need of managed services, cloud workflows, and security solutions.

  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Post-Production, and Studio Operations leaders.

Sales Execution

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design in collaboration with technical architects, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets (six- and seven-figure deals).

  • Leverage GPL’s vendor partnerships to position best-in-class solutions tailored to client needs.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner closely with GPL’s U.S. leadership, engineering, and marketing teams to adapt our go-to-market playbook for the Mexico market.

  • Provide market intelligence on pricing, competition, and customer requirements.

  • Represent GPL at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities across Mexico and Latin America.

Required Qualifications/Skills
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, managed services, cloud, media technology, or enterprise software.

  • Proven success closing complex six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.

  • Strong network within Mexico’s media, entertainment, advertising, or enterprise IT ecosystem.

  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement cycles and RFPs in Latin America.

  • Bilingual: Spanish (native/fluent) and English (professional) required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA a plus).

  • Passionate about media technology, cloud workflows, AI/ML applications, and creative industries.

  • Collaborative yet comfortable carrying a personal quota and building the foundation for future sales growth.
